General Terms

  • Any complaints and queries contact or write us.
  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
  • Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
  • Management is not responsible for Passengers luggage/baggage/belongings inside the bus/office.
  • The Management reserves the right to cancel,postpone,change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason,and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.
  • Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance.The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.
  • There is no refund on cancellation of Pre/Postponed tickets.
  • The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance Compa
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Pets and Animals are not allowed inside the bus.
  • For children above 5 Years full ticket is complusory.
  • Within 24 hours from station main departure time there is no Pre/Postpone ticket.
  • Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Postpone ticket cases.
  • The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience caused during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.
  • 1 piece of luggage will be accepted free of charge per passenger. Excess items will be chargeable
  • Company is not responsible for non-receipt of SMS/Email for booking confirmation for any reason which is beyond our control.
  • Note:- Carrieng explosive items and leagally prohited meterials on the bus is strictly forbidden. If found, passengers shall not be allowed to board the bus nor ticket amount will be refunded
  • * Carton Boxes and Gunny bunddles will be chargeble.
  • * Passengers are not allowed to eat Food inside the Bus.
  • If the bus is delayed by more than 3 hours and the customer chooses not to travel, a full refund will be initiated.
  • In cases of delays caused by natural events, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, only a partial refund will be applicable as per policy.
  • Trolly bag & Big size suite case not allowed to keep in seat.
Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately
  • It Is Rights of Yas Tours & Travels To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
